Non-Veg Dimsum Platter- Wasabi Prawn, Prawn Har Gau, Chicken & Waterchestnut, Chicken & chilli oil Dimsums. I like when the dimsum layer is thin, cause it lets the meet cook perfectly. The flavors in all were balanced perfectly. The waterchestnut & chicken dimsum was crunchy and light. The chicken & chilli oil dimsums for people who love spicy dimsums. The chilli oil mixed chicken has the little bit of spicyness that goes perfect with soy sauce. The prawn gau dimsums is super light dimsums which has typical flavor induced in it. My personal favorite is the wasabi prawn. The wasabi flavor was perfect and matched well with the prawn and coated with wasabi based layer. The best part is that it leaves the wasabi flavor after you finish eating. Thats the best. A true non-veg lover's feast. Hashi is a new cute place that opened it doors for all the Japanese lovers with a simple menu but perfecting the flavors in every dish. Do try it out.
