Ebi Tempura Maki. Prawn Tempura Roll. Crunchy deep fried prawn wrapped with sticky rice and topped with spicy powder, served with wasabi, picked ginger & mayo. The flavours were packed so well that the crispyness is balanced amazingly with the rice. What i really love is the crunchy texture of the prawn tempura inside the roll. The sushi taste comes typically when the sushi rice is perfectly seasoned with the sushi vinegar. Also topped with spicy sauce and powder it sure satisfies a sushi lover. And the most exciting part about eating sushi is holding & eating it with chopsticks. Thats the best & fun part!!
