Guntur Idli (v). Idlis are a south Indian's favourite and traditional breakfast. Its a savoury cake made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils and rice. The most interesting thing about idli is that they are super light and healthy to eat. Guntur idli is a variation where the idli is covered with spicy masala on top mixed in a touch of fragrant ghee. These soft cakes are full of flavours & will melt in the mouth. They are soft, fluffy & fresh, loaded with flavorful chutney. The chutney is really fresh & the aromas of groundnuts, truly mouthwatering! Chutneys is Hyderabad's most famous South Indian breakfast place.
