Hyderabad Lukhmi Puff. Spiced chicken bolognese topped over flakey pastry & baked with loads of cheese. The flakey pastry needs a special mention, so many layers tucked with butter and wrapped to perfection to give the perfect crunchiness & flakes. Topped with spicy bolognese with the oey goey cheese on top, it just makes your jaw drop with how the flavours of all 3 work like magic together. An authentic flavoured based dish with a twist is what I can say about it. Frio Bistro being one of my favourite restaurants in town, it never fails to surprise me with its uniqueness.
