5-ishtaar Sizzling Brownie- I was thinking in my head as to what innovative twist u can add to a simple sizzling brownie. And I was truly happy with their idea. It had 2 brownies, one topped with chocolate ice-cream and the other with vanilla ice-cream. Served with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and caramel nuts. Paired the chocolate ice-cream-brownie stack with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream-brownie stack with caramel sauce. And OMG it was pure bliss. The brownie was soft, fudgy and lusciously rich in taste. The entire idea to bring the chocolate-caramel flavour on whole was brilliant. It was heaven on plate. And trust me, no matter how full you are, this dish is a MUST. And that taste u get when everything in melting and getting incorporated is out of words.
