Keema Naan. A flaky pastry shell stuffed with minced lamb meat (Keema) rolled out of the oven fresh and cut into six pieces. Although called a naan, these aren’t the kind you get at a north Indian cuisine restaurant — it’s more like a dilkush, or a dilpasand, with a different stuffing. The flaky pastry forms a thin, shiny brown layer. Tear it apart & keema comes oozing out. It had just the right amount of spices, and filling as it was, it sure as hell makes you crave for more. And pairs spectacularly well with the crunch of the outer layer. If you don’t want to return without your share of awesome naan, get here early & snap up your order. The naan also comes in coconut and Khova versions, by the way. The whiff of freshly-baked goodies is what welcomes you at this bakery located in Frezer Town. And, of course, the tempting sight of display bays holding everything from plain croissants, pastries, cakes and biscuits to a selection of savoury snacks. Apart from the regular breads and buns, they also have garlic bread for you to stock up. Some of the products available here aren’t available at all bakeries, and are quite simply superb. The khova naan and the keema naan are ‘melt in your mouth’ tender.
