Masala Chops. Tender lamb shank made in black pepper sauce consisting of coriander seeds & shallot curry, and accompanied by two mini rice cakes (idlies). This spice blend has a peppery kick & goes really well with idly. The tiny rice cakes were doused liberally, until like a sponge it had soaked up all the pepper sauces it could manage & oozed out of each forkful. The meat was tender and juicy and had the right amount of spices. It was altogether an impressive and a delicious dish.
