Ghee Roast Chicken, sanas, Onion crisps. The art os plating has been perfected. The sauce bed that it was served was spicy, tangy and tomato based sauce which paired perfectly with base and chicken. The chicken was flavoured & grilled perfectly. Those little tiny onion crisps on top twist up the whole dish. Fusion 9 has always impressed people with its flavours and now they came up with something different named "F9 Test Kitchen". A fine dinning experience which in a way imitates a Michelin star restaurant.
