Lotus Biscuit Bun. Pappa roti's signature bun drizzled with toffee sauce & topped with lotus biscuit crumbles. Super fluffy inside and crispy outside. The thick toffee sauce drizzled on top complemented really well with the biscuit crumbles. Generally the toffee sauce is very sweet but this one had the right amount of sweetness. It was just outstanding.
