Blueberry Bubble Tea. Bubble tea (also known as pearl milk tea, bubble milk tea, boba juice or simply boba) is a Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Taichung in the 1980s. Most bubble tea recipes contain a tea base mixed/shaken with fruit or milk, to which chewy tapioca balls and fruit jelly are often added. Ice-blended versions are usually mixed with fruit or syrup, resulting in a slushy consistency. There are many varieties of the drink with a wide range of ingredients. The two most popular varieties are bubble milk tea with tapioca and bubble milk green tea with tapioca. Blueberry bubble tea contains grains of tapioca and is blended with sweetener and flavourings, shaken to a froth and is served cold with a straw. The black tapioca pearls have a chewy texture like a gummy bear & blends perfectly well with the fruit tea. It's light, healthy and fun to drink. It's a perfect drink for every season. I usually pick Thai ice tea but this time I must say that this new flavour has got me hooked on to it. The Boba co is a new destination for all tea lovers. With wide variety of drinks to offer, do not miss out on their signature Tiramisu Bubble Tea. This place is a must visit! Rating: 4/5 PC: @harshinikakarla Place: The Boba Co.
