Grilled Chicken Steak. Grilled chicken in brown sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes, grilled veggies & garlic bread. The brown sauce needs a special mention. I have always been a fan of this french sauce! So rich in flavors with tiny bits of garlics to bite into. Spicy and peppery. What i really love is the mashed potatoes. Generally everybody add spring onions, garlic, spices and everything and do their own mashed potatoes where as a classic mashed potato should just be cream, potatoes & butter! And this was perfectly a classic. The juicy chicken cooked in this spicy sauce was paired perfectly with mashed potatoes & veggies. Not to forget that crispy garlicky bread on the side.
