Idly & Vada (v). The idlis are soft, fluffy & fresh, loaded with flavorful chutney. The chutney is really fresh & the aromas of groundnuts, truly mouthwatering! The vadas are crispy & supremely tasty. Brahmin's Coffee Bar in Bangalore is one of the oldest cafes that serves melt-in-your-mouth idlis, crispy vadas & delicious khara bhath/upma & coffee. Its a small self-service fast food joint operating since 1965. This little place serves the best idlis & vadas in town. They've even won the competition for the best idlis conducted by Times of India. It is a great place for South Indian breakfast. Although there are limited items on the menu, the quality & taste of the food makes up for this.
